Freezstop Plus(w) is an industrial grade self-regulating heating tape that can be used for freeze protection or temperature maintenance of pipework and vessels up to 110°C(230°F).   It can be cut-to-length at site to match exact piping lengths without any complicated design considerations. 

Freezstop Plus(w) is approved for use in non-hazardous, and hazardous areas to world wide standards. It's self-regulating characteristics improve safety and reliability.

Freezstop Plus(w) will not overheat or burnout, even when overlapped upon itself. It's power output self-regulates in response to the pipe temperature.

Freezstop Plus(w) is available with a corrosion resistant thermoplastic outer jacket (FSPtw-CT) and when greater corrosion ressistnace is required with a fluoropolymer outer jacket (FSPw-CF). 

The installation of Freezstop Plus(w) is quick and simple and requires no special skills or tools. Termination, splicing and power connection components are all provided in convenient kits. See Product, Application and Documentation Links below.

Maximum Withstand Temperature 135°C (275°F)

Freezstop Plus(w) is available in 45 and 60 W/m outputs as illustrated on the graph to the right.  The graph shows the nominal power output at 230V when installed on insulated metal pipes.  Click on the graph to see a larger version.
