Freezstop Super is an industrial grade self-regulating heating tape that can be used for freeze protection, process heating or temperature maintenance of pipework and vessels up to 225ºC. It can be cut-to-length at site to match exact piping lengths without any complicated design considerations. 

Freezstop Super is approved for use in non-hazardous, and hazardous areas to world wide standards. It's self-regulating characteristics improve safety and reliability.

Freezstop Super will not overheat or burnout, even when overlapped upon itself. It's power output self-regulates in response to the pipe temperature.

Freezstop Super is available with a corrosion resistant fluoropolymer outer jacket (FSS-CF). 

The installation of Freezstop Super is quick and simple and requires no special skills or tools. Termination, splicing and power connection components are all provided in convenient kits. See Product, Application and Documentation Links below.

Freezstop Super is available in 15, 30, 40, 55 and 75 W/m outputs as illustrated on the graph to the right.  The graph shows the nominal power output at 230V when installed on insulated metal pipes.  Click on the graph to see a larger version.
